Please note: If repairs are necessary and not specifically covered under this Service Agreement, repairs will be billed as follows: If generator is still covered by Kohler warranty, GOM will repair the generator per the warranty provisions. If the generator is not covered under warranty, then all repairs will be billed at $100 per hour for labor, plus materials. Labor includes travel time from and to GOM.

By signing this agreement, the customer is exempt from increased rates on nights, weekends and holidays.
